Can I return my purchase for any reason?
You can return us within 7 days from the date that you received without any reason for any stock product, however, tailor made or ordered pieces are not able to return if it’s not a default piece.
All returns must apply a confirmation no. from us by e-mail email@example.com before sending back to us, the confirmation no. will send to you by email within 24 hours. Once you receive the no. Please follow the step from the e-mail for the return and you can do the further process.
We accept sold products in the same condition with original packaging, which means tags on the jewellery, warranty card as well as jewellery box, for a full refund. If the tags are no longer attached on the jewellery, we are unable to accept returns.
How long does the refund take?
This processing normally takes approximate 14 business days. Once we receive your return, we will need a couple of days to process. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
What if I return later than 7 days?
All items that you return must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this limit will only be accepted at our discretion.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
We provide you a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. A return fee of $100.00(HKD) will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the item and finish checking, we will issue a refund on the balance.

Can I return the gift card?
Please note that all Gift Card sales are final. Please note that returns and exchanges are not permitted.
Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns:
- Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Unconditional Returns”
- Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated
- Products with loose threads or cracking due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
- Damaged products due to improper use
- Products not sold on Khoé jewellery Online Store
